During my Senior Thesis Capstone project, I chose to create a Health and Wellness center called the NOLA Renewal, Located in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Bioinnovation center. My project consisted of much research, transforming existing floor plans into current ones, designing to enhance the quality of ones life, and more.
The proposed Health and Wellness Center in New Orleans aims to boost both mental and physical health through various amenities like fitness areas, spa facilities, therapy spaces, and affordable food markets. It acknowledges the city's challenges and cultural richness, tailoring interventions to enhance overall well-being. The fitness area encourages regular physical activity, the spa promotes relaxation, therapy services address mental health needs, and affordable food markets support healthy lifestyles. By prioritizing well-being, the center aims to foster sustainable improvements in health, enriching the lives of individuals and the community.
